Privacy and Security

This page is intentionally high level. It exists to explain the shape of the trust model without exposing internal implementation details.

Principle

Social Glass separates public-facing documentation from internal engineering and operational material. That means external docs summarize product and trust expectations, while internal runbooks and security procedures stay outside the public docs surface.

Access

Access to product data and administrative functionality is controlled separately from the public docs site.

Security posture

The product uses authenticated application access, scoped internal administration, and monitored operational systems. If you need a security review, architecture discussion, or vendor questionnaire response, contact the Social Glass team directly rather than relying on the public docs alone.
