Submissions

Submissions are the entry point into Social Glass. They provide the raw material that becomes a structured feed of social activity for analysis and review.

Why submissions matter

Without a reliable submission layer, downstream dashboards and insights become incomplete or noisy. Submissions help define:
  • what content enters the system
  • which audiences or prompts it maps to
  • what your team can review later

Product-level model

At a high level, a submission usually leads to:
  1. content being captured or referenced
  2. content being organized into the platform’s data model
  3. that content appearing in review surfaces such as dashboards and reports

What is intentionally omitted here

This page does not document internal ingestion logic, processing pipelines, admin controls, or operational troubleshooting steps. Those stay in internal engineering documentation, not the public docs surface.
